POOL OPENING - we have heard from the HOA and the pool is now anticipated to be open on Monday, June 9th. As such, we will have evening practices Monday June 9th - Thursday June 12th that week. See the Practices section of the website for practice times based on age. 

KICK-OFF MEETING - We will hold our annual Kick-Off Meeting on Thursday June 5th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm in the Martin's Chase Clubhouse where we will go over the basics of the season and introduce you to the coaches. Pizza and water will be provided. Please RSVP for this event so we can order food accordingly. You will need to be logged into the website in order to RSVP. 

NEW SWIMMERS - we will be holding evaluations from 5:00pm - 5:30pm and from 7:30pm - 8:00pm on both Monday June 9th and Tuesday June 10th for anyone that is uncertain whether their child is ready for the swim team. To be eligible for the team children must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters) unassisted in any manner (doggy-paddling included) without assistance. REGISTRATION - for those that have already registered, we will be issuing you a $20 refund per child in the coming days. We have closed registration down while we work through this new refund process. We will reopen registration on Sunday June 1st at the reduced price for those that have not yet had a chance to register. Please register ASAP as your child will not be permitted to participate in practice until you have signed release agreements that are part of the registration process. 

BATHING SUITS - Sonja Fitzpatrick has been working with Cassel's to coordinate a bulk bathing suit order for our team. She has set up a Team Store and orders are due by midnight on Sunday June 1st. Any suits and other team apparel placed through this web store will be delivered to us in bulk as soon as they are ready. We encourage you to try on the suits as orders can not be returned or exchanged. One full set of bathing suit sizes will be available at the Beahm household this weekend to try on. Feel free to come by on Saturday from 2pm to 9pm or Sunday from 10am to 9pm. Alternatively you can go to the store in Chantilly (open M-F 10am-6pm, 4115 Pleasant Valley Rd, Suite 500) to try on the suits. 

WHATSAPP - Sree Mogulla is working to set up our 2025 swim team families into a WhatsApp group for more efficient communication, so please be on the lookout for that invitation.
