We are aware that there is a potential for rain tomorrow morning. In general, we typically move forward with meets unless there is active thunder or lightening, so please plan to be there. If there are any changes or any delays, they will be communicated through email and through WhatsApp.

TIMELINE:

• 7:10am: Viperfish Warm-up
• 7:30am: Meet timers gather in the baby pool area for briefing.
• 7:35am: Manta Rays Warm-up
• 7:40am: Officials briefing at the far end of the pool.
• 7:45am: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers allowed before 7:45. Be aware of blocked off areas.
• 7:55am: National Anthem - everyone gathers on the pool deck.
• 8:00am: Meet starts

PARKING:

Please park only in the LOWER lot. Do not park on the streets around the club house. A map for parking is attached.

TEAM & SPECTATOR SEATING:

The visiting team is located to the left of the entrance near the zero entry pool. Parents can bring chairs and additional tents (up to 6 - 12’x12’ish)  to create more cover for your families to sit on the pool deck. Please do not allow anyone in the zero entry pool.

The long side of the pool with white tents is standing room only. Chairs will be placed there for elderly and disabled viewers (of both teams) to use to cheer on swimmers.

CONCESSIONS:

Donuts, Anita Burritos, bagels, coffee, drinks and other snacks. We accept cash as well as credit cards. $5 minimum on credit card purchases.
